في رحلة بحث الإنسان عن الأمن الغذائي ومواجهة التغيرات المناخية، تبرز زراعة الأشجار المثمرة كركيزة أساسية لبناء مجتمعات مستدامة واقتصادات قوية، لا سيما في العالم العربي، حيث تكافح العديد من الدول لتحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي والاستدامة.

الأشجار المثمرة لتحقيق الأمن الغذائي والاستدامة:

1. شجرة المانجو “رمز الاستدامة”:
تمثل المانجو رمزًا عالميًا للاستدامة، حيث يمكن أن تعيش حتى 300 سنة، وتُنتج ثمارًا غنية بالفوائد الصحية والاقتصادية، كما تتميز بقدرتها على مقاومة التغيرات المناخية وتوفير مردود اقتصادي دائم للمزارعين.

2. الزيتون:
رمز للسلام والاستدامة، وتتحمل الجفاف، ويعد زيت الزيتون من أغلى المنتجات الصحية والاقتصادية.

3. النخيل:
شجرة أساسية في البيئات الصحراوية والحارة، وتُعد ثمار التمر غذاءً أساسيًا ومصدرًا هامًا للدخل.

4. التين:
فاكهة عالية القيمة، شجرتها مقاومة للجفاف وتُنتج ثمارًا غنية بالفيتامينات والمعادن.

5. الرمان:
شجرة قوية تتحمل مختلف الظروف البيئية، وثمرها دواء وغذاء معًا.

6. الحمضيات:
مصدر رئيسي لفيتامين C، لها دور اقتصادي كبير في الأسواق المحلية والدولية.

7. الجوافة:
سريعة النمو، ذات مردود صحي واقتصادي مرتفع.

دروس الاستدامة من إيطاليا إلى مصر:

قصتي مع الاستدامة بدأت حين كنت مهاجرًا في إيطاليا بين عامي 2002 و2008، حيث تعلمت قيمة الاقتصاد الأخضر والمشروعات الصغيرة، وأسست حينها دار نشر متخصصة في الاستدامة، وأطلقت جريدة “الماركاتو” لدعم المشروعات العربية وتعزيز التجارة بين مصر وإيطاليا، لبناء جسور العمل المشترك.

بعد عودتي إلى مصر، تبنتني ألمانيا علميًا عبر معهد “داد” الألماني لتبادل الخبرات العلمية، الذي خصص لي بوستر علمي عن مشروعي ودعمني في نشر ثقافة الاستدامة.

ومؤخرًا، كان من دواعي فخري أن وجهت لي دعوة رسمية من إيطاليا لحضور مؤتمر الذكاء الاصطناعي من أجل الاستدامة، بتنظيم الأمم المتحدة “يونيدو”، وهو حلم راودني منذ بداية ظهور الذكاء الاصطناعي، لإيماني العميق بقدرته على خدمة الاستدامة.

تأسيس شركات مساهمة مصرية لدعم الأمن الغذائي وخلق وظائف مستدامة.

رؤية وأمل لمصر:

رسالتي أن تصبح مصر جنة الله في الأرض، كما كانت دائمًا، عبر الزراعة، وشبابها، ومجتمعها، وأن نعيد زمن سيدنا يوسف عليه السلام، الذي أدرك أهمية مصر في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي للعالم، عندما جعلها مخزن الخير في وجه المجاعات.

لن تتحقق هذه المعادلة إلا بعودة رجال صالحين حكماء، يعرفون قيمة مصر، ويحفظون حضارتها وشعبها العظيم.

In the ongoing quest for food security and climate change resilience, planting fruit trees emerges as a fundamental pillar for building sustainable societies and strong economies—especially across the Arab world, where many countries are striving for self-sufficiency and sustainability.

Key Fruit Trees That Achieve Sustainability and Food Security:

1. Mango Tree – “The Symbol of Sustainability”:
The mango tree is a global symbol of sustainability. It can live for up to 300 years, producing highly nutritious and economically valuable fruits, while also offering resilience to climate shifts and continuous economic returns for farmers.

2. Olive Tree:
A symbol of peace and sustainability, known for thriving in drought-prone regions and producing highly valuable olive oil.

3. Palm Tree (Dates):
An essential tree in arid climates, producing dates, a vital food source and economic driver.

4. Fig Tree:
Known for drought tolerance and producing nutrient-rich fruits with high medicinal value.

5. Pomegranate Tree:
Highly adaptable to various conditions, its fruits offer both medicinal and nutritional benefits and excellent market value.

Lessons of Sustainability — From Italy to Egypt:

My journey into sustainability began during my years as a migrant in Italy from 2002 to 2008, where I deeply learned the value of green economies and small enterprises. I established a publishing house focused on sustainability and launched the “El-Marcato” newspaper, dedicated to supporting Arab businesses and fostering trade bridges between Egypt and Italy.

Upon returning to Egypt, I was academically adopted by Germany through the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), which featured my project on an official scientific poster, promoting my vision for sustainability.

Most recently, I was proudly invited by Italy to attend the AI for Sustainability Conference, organized by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO)—a dream of mine ever since artificial intelligence first emerged, believing in its power to advance sustainability globally.
